My ggg grandfather Angus Currie moved from Richmond, NC to Barbour Co, Al in 1834. Wife of Angus possibly Catherine McLean. One son, Daniel, also moved to Barbour Co. Another daugher, my gg grandmother Abigail Currie remained in Richmond Co and married Bethune Bostick McKenzie. Other children of Angus & Catherine were: Margaret, Mary, Angus, Hugh, John Lauchlin, Sarah. Does any of this sound familiar?
