This name turned up when I was researching my Clarke family tree. The Rev. George Clarke (b. April 15, 1833, Cavan, Ireland) married a Dr. Margaret Currie (his 2nd wife) on January 26, 1909 in Ocean Grove, New Jersey, where they both lived. He was a retired Methodist minister; she was his family doctor, I believe. What little I have been able to find out about her suggests that Currie was the name of her first husband, who was also a doctor - I don't know her maiden name -- and that she probably spent most of her life in New Jersey and (later) Florida.
