Hope Currie Henshall of 1758 Hector B CURRIE was a son of Malcolm and Nancy Jane (McDONALD) CURRIE, b 1834, Moore County, NC he was a younger brother of my gr gr grandmother, Isabella Jane who married Henderson BARBER. He married 18 Mar 1871 to Sarah Jane DAWKINS, daughter of Mastin B DAWKINS and his first wife, Isabella Ann Bethune, and step daughter to his 2nd wife Francis Ann "Fanny" Barber, daughter of Henderson and Isabella Jane Currie BARBER. Fanny and Mastin were my great grandparents. The DAWKINS, CURRIE, BLUE, McDONALD families intermarried a lot in the Richmond/ Moore County area.
