Wonder if you have other information on this Archibald Currie from South Uist. My Currie's and MacIntyre's came from South Uist. My grandfather, Archibald Currie MacIntyre, was supposedly named after his father's favorite cousin. My grandfather's father was Charles Albert MacIntyre, s/o John MacIntyre and Mary Currie (b ca 1821), d/o Ranald Currie.
