Jim-my family history sounds similar to yours and I am also trying to find Curleys - I have a Mary Meehan in my family line as well as a Maye and Catherine Curley as well and my sister is named Catherine Curley after this relative, My great grandmother Ellen Curley came over from Ireland in about 1868 to marry Patrick Cunningham, who had left Ireland earlier and finally sent for her to come. They stayed in Boston with Ellen Curleys family and then moved to Cincinnati where more Curleys lived. My great grandmother Ellen was from Rathmullen, County Sligo, Ireland. I have a letter written to my siblings in 1988 from a relative named Kay Cunningham that outlines the history. I just got my hands on that letter today and thought I'd do some research, and low and behold I found you.
