I am trying to obtain any available information on the family of my gggrandmother, Caroline Elizabeth Curlee (1826 - 1900). She was born either in SC or GA, according to census records. She lived in Marion County, AL, during her marriage in 1848 to my gggrandfather, Watson Caleb Roper. Following his injury (or whatever happened) in the Civil War and subsequent death in 1863, she moved to Lee County, MS, to be near her family. She is buried in the Saltillo Cemetery, Saltillo, Lee County, MS. I have no information about her parents, where she was actually born, etc., etc.
I have additional family information about her children and the continuation of this line. I would be happy to share with anyone who has a link.
