Hey Judith.
I hope you are still here. Just wanted to say one thing to you.
Thank you again. Just thought I would let you know that I met a John Lane in September. He came to Iowa for a class reunion and contacted me. He is tall, white hair, soft spoken, very nice, 78 yrs young.
He is the grandson/ggrandson, not sure which, of Amanda Melvina Lane, which is the sister of my ggrandmother Delcina Lane Curl.
I am sure if it wasn't for the obituary you posted I never would have known I had ancestors in Iowa.
