Sorry I din't mention Ontario. I'm really glad to find someone who lives in Manatoba. Are you decended from a John Curl? My grandfather had a brother John Henry who lived in a place called Que Appelle' in Manatoba. It has been a few years since I've seen the place name so may not have spelled it correctly. I often wondered if the original family came from Manatoba. I have concentrated my search in Ontario because the records are a little easier to find but have not done as well as I would like. If we can find a link between our families I will be glad to give you what I have. In the meantime I think I had better look for a map!
