I saw your message posted on Cuneo's. My grandfather was born in Genoa, Italy in May 1852. His parents were Gambotta Cuneo and Antonio Chackcogon who married in Genoa, Italy. My grandfather came to U. S. A. before Ellis Island, possibly Port of N. Y. and settled around Sullivan Street. He married Anna Zerga (Zellga) who's parents were also from Genoa and came here to this country. I do not know if my grandfather had any brothers or sisters but in your report they were all born around the same years and could possibly be related. Most of the research I have been able to get through the internet is too recent. I will have to set if our Library has the book you refer to.
Thanks a lot.
