James "Windy Jim" Robert Cummins was a member of the James Gang as well as the Youngers and Quantrill. Was in on the plot to kill Jesse James with Robert Ford (married to James sister Artella Cummins. had a son Albert Ford. James (Windy Jim)
Cummins died in Confederate Soldiers Home Higginsville Missouri 1928 or 1929. The home burned down and most records were lost but the Cemetary still exsists
