Roger, There is a John Cummins , that came after Joseph, John C. Cummins b. 1761 in Rowan Co. N. C. Died 1826. He married Nancy in 1778 and settled in what is now Whitley Co. Ky. All this can be found on a User Home page on family Tree Maker online, Yhe Page is called " Our Cummins Family Home Page" I am from this Johns line. It says Georges Parents are Thomas and Susanah, and Thomas's parent were Benjamin and Sarah (Rowe). I don't know if you even need this. Sonja
