George Cummins born 1742 in PA. died 1808 Guilford Co., N. C.
First marriage to Mary (Polly) Hennesy

3. George CUMMINS Jr. b.1765 married Mary McQuiston 1793
4. Elizabetn CUMMINS b. 1766
5. James CUMMINS b. 1768
6. Sarah CUMMINS b. ?
7. Martha CUMMINS b.?
8. Charles CUMMINS b.?
9. Hugh CUMMINS b. ?
10. John CUMMINS b. 1780

Some Family history:
A. George Jr. went to Wilson Co. Tenn. were he died in 1835.
B. George CUMMINS Sr. Served in Rev. War as Sgt. in Donoho's Co. from 04/06/1776 to 11/03/1779 this is from Vol. 16 p. 1030 "N.C. State and Colonial Records 6th Regiment" and from "Roster of Soldiers from NC in Revolution."
C. Marriage of Alsey CUMMINS and Nathan COX is verified by her signature on a deed in Whitley Co., KY and is on file there.
