Albert Cummins b. 1843 NY, son of Chauncey?

I'm looking for evidence of whether or not my gggrandfather, Albert Cummins b. Mar. 1843 NY married 1878 to Esther Lorira Johnson, was the son of Chauncey Cummins b. 1818 d. Mar. 15, 1891 MO.

I know Chauncey Cummins was the son of David Cummins and Polly Tuttle and had a son named Albert, but I'm not sure if his Albert is the same person as my Albert.

If he is my Albert, he would have married his first cousin. My gggrandmother, Esther L. Johnson, was the daughter of Mary Ann Cummins (sister of Chauncey).

Can anybody help me prove that Chauncey's Albert and my Albert are the same?
