On a Home Page, I found a 6 generation genealogy for MATTHEW CUMMINS , b. 1750 Pa, wnt to VA, then to KY, d. in Anderson Co., KY , wife was ELIZABETH ---. My ancestor, HUGH CUMMINS, (KY to MO abt 1820) is listed , with a ? in front of his name as son of JAMES S. CUMMINS , b. 1770 PA , m. 1804 Mercer Co., KY to LUCY NOEL, dau of BENJA,IN NOEL. Does anyone else have JAMES S. CUMMINS and wife LUCY NOEL?? I need to verify whether HUGH CUMMINS, who married NANCY EMILY BAILLIS (or BAYLESS) is definately a son of JAMES and LUCY. Thanks for any help on this. -Mary--
