Patricia - Thanks for the feedback. Your information doesn't match with what I have dug up. Thus, a question. What documentation do you have to connect Martha with John H.? What I have is this: Martha Cummins (1835) m. Patrick Steven Collier (1824). I have Martha as the dau. of Daniel Cummins, Jr. (1796) and Nancy Collier (1798). I have visited Martha and Patrick's gravesite near Mark, Iowa. There is a discrepancy there on her year of birth, but the gravestone was obviously new (replacing the original) and I can't read the old one. Anyway, I would be most interested in whatever documentation you have for placing Martha as dau. of John H. Also, I have a digital picture of Daniel Cummins, Jr. and Nancy Collier if you need it.
