Shelly: No, the will of Thomas CUMMINS/COMMANS doesnot list a Richard. In the Duplin Co., N.C. abstracts of wills, here is what it does say (spelling unchanged): 10 May 1796 - Jan Term 1798. Sons Thomous, Benjeman & Hugh the plase whare I now live with my beloved wife (not named) haveing hur thurds of the same plase hur life time; sons George & Aaron 150 acors on the Et. side of No. Et. River; son James 100 acors in the No. side Island Creek; all my goods and chttels to kept togather until sum one of my children shall part off from the rest. extrs: son Thomous & Timmothy Techey. wit: Andrew Thally, JohnThally. Signed: Thomas Cummins.
