Another update-
Yes Albert's mother is Lucinda, but not Higgins- HUGGINS and James full name is James Reese Cummin(g)s. I have found out the 'g' was dropped but I don't know when or where yet.
James is buried 7 miles from Jefferson, PA- anyone available for an afternoon?? I need anything on them. I can get no further than James and am guessing his birth to be abt 1860, Lucinda is listed in the 1870 census as age 8.
Also possible that one or both of them had a previous marriage (through the family grapevine) but they married 2 Jun 1892 in Greene County.
