I am looking for info on my gg-grandfather, James CUMMINS, b. 1824, d. 1853. In the 1850 Census, he was living in Erie, PA with his wife, Emily Fanny ELLIS and 18-year old Nancy Cummins--probably a sister or cousin. His son, Francis James CUMMINS was born in 1850 (likely after the census was taken). James' father was also named James and was born in 1788. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
