Date of death - about May 1875
Date will made - 29 Feb 1860
Witnesses - Green B. RAUM, John POINDEXTER, Warner E. BURNETT, John M. BURNETT, Jr.
Heirs - Wife, Asemith CUMMINS; Sons, Wm. I. CUMMINS and John T. CUMMINS; Daughters, Elizabeth A. MURPHY, Sarah W. SHELBY, and Gemima I. TRAVELSTEAD.
Probate - in probate June term 1875 - Book no. A. pg 47.
Administrator - Wife, Asemith CUMMINS, John T. CUMMINS, executor.
Both of the BURNETTs listed were 1st cousins of my gggg-grandfather, Hiram BURNETT.
I also descend from William and Susan C (Lindle) CUMMINS, who were married in Union Co., KY in 1861. I believe they moved to Saline County, IL shortly afterwards. I believe William's father was Zachariah Cummins who was born in KY about 1815.
