Dear Vickie:

Back in 1969 I received a letter from a lady who was answering my ad in a genealogy magazine. I kept the letter just in case, altho I couldn't connect with her. Her Great Grandfather was Josiah Culp, born 1840 in Georgia, D 1847. He married Rachel Easton, born 1839 in Ill. died in 1885. Children:
R.A (Richard) b. 1843 in Ill, M. Mary Jane Scott and this was her grandfather.

She goes on to list all the kids and grandkids and so forth. If this is the same family that you are looking for, I will be glad to zerox this letter and send it to you if you will send me your physical address at my email address.
