I am looking for some information on my dad's side of the family. I have found a great deal of information on the web but since there are some differences I was wondering if anyone had run across them in their search.
Samuel Duncan Culp was born in 1863 in South Carolina. He was apparently the son of John Duncan Culp. There were reportedly several siblings but the only one my grandmother could remember was a brother named Lonnie. Samuel moved to Arkansas where he married Emily V Dobbs in about 1899. They had Abby Vonda, Onie Lee, Jake D and John Samuel (my grandfather). Jake died in 1915. Samuel died in 1921. They are both buried at Mt. Ida, Arkansas.
John Samuel Culp was born in 1907. He married Mary May Dagenhart Neal. They had three sons. My grandfather had a stroke when I was a kid and was unable to provide me with much more information. The dates came from a list written on the back of a picture he had kept.
If you have any information that could enlighten me I would appreciate your assistance.
