Dear Mark:
Samuel Culp is my 3g grandfather. I have been researching the descendants of his eldest son, Lewis Culp, for several years. My data on this line differs in a few details from your posting. They are as follows:
Samuel's wife, Catherine was born in 1806.
Samuel's grandson, George Culp was born on February 3, 1860.
Samuel's granddaughter, Florence Culp, was born in 1865.
Samuel's grandson, William Culp was born in September 1869.
Samuel's grandson, Fredrick Culp was born in December 1872.
I have a lot of details on Samuel's eldest son, Lewis Culp and his wife, Matilda Owens. I was born and raised in Shavertown, PA and have visited the area a number of times to develop and verify my data.
