I am looking for any information concerning Johannes Jacob Andrew Kolb who emigrated to Nova Scotia on the ANN in 1750. He deserted to the French at Louisburg until 1758 when he was forced to return to Lunenburg. He was married twice and may have had up to five children. Several generations later there was a William Colp married to a Leah Sarah Shubley in Port Mouton, Nova Scotia. After Leah's death, one of the sons was adopted by Charles and Lydia Abbot Theriau. If anyone has any information about any of the other family members, I would love to hear about it. Also if there is information about the generations between William and Johannes Jacob Andrew Kolb I would be interested. Thanks.
