Hello,

This may be a long shot..... but I have been looking for the whereabouts of my father Edward Franklin Culp. He and my mother divorced some time ago when I was just a baby. From what I understand he was born in Pennsylvania....and served in the Marines during the Vietnam war. I do not have any records of him. He would now be somewhere in his 40's. My mothers name is Betty Ann Fannin. I was born on November 20th, 1968. In Dayton, Ohio. If there is anyone out there who can help, let me know.
