Hello Adrian,
Have you had any luck tracing the Cullums in Suffolk?
I'm hoping someone in England or Ireland will find the cousin who went to Virginia while they are tracking the family in the old country.
My great grandfather Egbert was sure the family was Irish, while his cousin Marvin was sure they were all English.
Except for a shortage of Johns, the names chosen for our branch of the Cullom/Cullum family is more like that in Suffolk than in Devon.
If you manage to find your way back to the late 1600's and early 1700's and notice someone who emigrated to VA or was transported to MD, please let us know.
Thank you,
Cullom
