MY g, g, grandgfather was LEE JOSEPH CHEATHAM. He migrated from the east coast to Tennessee and married FRANCIS CULLOM.
This man died at a very young age.
My g, grandfather's name was WILEY/WILLIE/WILLIAM CHEATHAM. He came to Arkansas when he was very young,(about 15-16, I think) met and married my g, grandmother, NORA ELLA LOWRY.
He, too, died very young, leaving my grandfather, WILLIAM THOMAS CHEATHAM (born 1899) and his brother, SAMUEL CHEATHAM, orphaned.
NORA ELLA later remarried.
Am in search of any information regarding these folks.
