You can tell I'm a beginner here: I've learned (since yesterday!) That "Neal" is Cornelius Cullinan, who lived on 127th Street in Manhattan in 1920, according to the U.S. Census (and the Cullinan site). Still looking for any further information on Cornelius. Thank you.
