Gordon, New info from Co Limerick has shown that my Cullinans and Hickeys were in the Castletown parish of Ballyagran, which is also a Townland (very small). Ballyagran is quite close to the Cork border and your town of Milford, and given that we think they migrated from Cork anyway, it's entirely possible the families were related..I do know that Joseph's Cullinan's father, Joseph, was listed in an 1826 Ballyagran land survey (for church tithe)
so migration from Cork would have been earlier. If you find out anything else that might connect the Cullinans, please let me know. You are lucky you have so many names and dates laready. June
