Cullens in Guernsey County, Ohio

I am trying to find out where James R. Cullen and his descendants are buried in Guernsey County, Ohio. James R. Cullen came from Ireland sometime before 1834, because that is when he applied for citzenship. James R. Cullen was married to Nancy ? and had the following children: John S. Cullen, Samuel Cullen, Joseph G. Cullen and Elisabeth, who I believed died. This information is from the 1850 and 1860 census. Of course there was another James Cullen living in Guernsey County at the same time just to make the information more confusing. I am trying to find out when James R. Cullen died, when he came to America and from what town in Ireland. I know that it is probably Northern Ireland and that he was probably Presbyterian. Any help would be appreciated.
