Judge Ezekial Cullen lived in eastern Texas, San Augustine, if I'm remembering correctly, in early 1800s according to a beautiful, free Texas tourism magazine I once had, 1990s. His home is on the historic register I believe, and whole second floor was a ballroom the article indicated. Some Mississippi Cullens in Oxford were from VA, ca 1850s. Some link to McCarty, Ball, Mason families there. Some McCartys from VA moved to TX, Missouri, Kansas.
