In 1900 there are two people in Dunkirk, Chautauqua Co, NY that could be them. There is a Lettie RENSCH, age 22, b. Oct 1877 in OH, living as a servant in the household of Luke REDDY. Also in Dunkirk there is a John CULLEN, age 25, b.April 1875 in IN, boarding in the household of Nicholas BOHN. John's occ. is listed as Boiler Maker and he says both parents were born in Ireland.
In the 1880 census for Indiana, there are 2 possible John Cullens you should investigate further:
1) In Kokomo, Howard Co. there is a 5 yr old John Cullen living with his mother Kate, age 26 and brother Willie, age 2 in the household of his mother's parents, John and Mary Sullivan. The Sullivans were born in Ireland, Kate in OH, John's father in England and John and Willie in IN.
2) In Shelby, Tippecanoe Co. there's a 2 yr old John Cullen living with his father George, age 45, and mother Hannah, age 30. John was born in IN and both parents were born in Ireland.
There's an Ohio Death Record for Lettia Cullen:

place of death: Cincinnati, Hamilton Co, OH
date of birth: 5-Oct-1877
place of birth: Galion, OH
age at death: 64 yrs, 4 months, 10 days
marital status: married
cemetery: Oak Hill
spouse: John Cullen
father: Henry Renach
father's birthplace: Galion, OH
mother: Annie Flick
mother's birthplace: Galion, OH
The index where I can access the actual record goes up to 1953 and I can't find John Cullen in it. I also don't see him in the SSDI. There is a John F. Cullen who died in 1958 in Lake Co, OH. If you can get a death date, a death certificate might say who his parents were. Perhaps he is buried in Oak Hill cemetery near his wife?
