Hi Gillian, I am descended from John Swain and Priscilla Cullen. It appears we are stumped at the same level. I cannot find a birth for Pricilla but know she was born around 1811. John was born around 1809 but can't find a birth for him either although his death records his father as William. My line follows there son William James Swain who married Louisa Smith in Wollongong NSW. Would love to exchange info. rgds Margaret Smith-White
