George Cullen born c 1792 Co Wicklow Ireland. Sentenced to 7 years for stealing glass. He was aged 34 and married with 2 children at this time. His trade was coachman and his trial was on 23 Nov 1825. George was assigned to HH McArthur at Parramatta. The ship he arrived on was "Regalia". He remarried Johanna Walter (Preston) Four children Ann, George Walter (my gg grandfather), Mary and Johanna. George m Mary Ann Simms, they lived at Adaminaby NSW There's more information on this family if they are the ones you are researching.
