I am searching for the family of my great great grandfather
Patrick Cullen. They were Catholic and I believe they were
from Caledon. Patrick was born ca. 1816 and died in
Baltimore, Maryland, USA July 11, 1882. At the time of his
death, he worked in the milk business, and apparently,
labor related jobs earlier in his life. He had, I believe,
a sister named Ellen who married John Hart. The Harts had 3
boys (possibly others) that came to America and settled in
Norfolk, Virginia. Patrick (1836-1909) William (1840-1915),
and Edward (1850-1930). The Harts were definitely from
Caledon since it is on Patrick's cemetery marker. They
worked as grocers in the US. They had business and familial
contacts with the Cullens in Baltimore. There were Cullens
in Norfolk as well. These Cullens are buried with the
Harts, but I have not figured out how they are related -
YET!
