Hi,
I found 13 pages about the Cullen family of GA, starting with Frederick Cullen, founder of Washington Co., GA branch of the Cullen family, on a film about the Crawford family (LDS). The first part:

"Frederick Cullen, the founder of the Washington County (Georgia) branch of the Cullen family, emigrated to Georgia about the year 1800. The records of Bertie County, N.C. show that he sold some land to one Richard Arnold in that year and as he was representing Washington County in the Georgia Legislature in 1807, it is believed that he was preparing to move to Georgia about the time of the above mentioned sale.
He married Elizabeth Wimberly in Bertie County, N.C. Sept. 17 1791. The Kimberlys were a prominent N.C. family, some coming to Georgia along with Cullen. Cullen's brother-in-law John Wimberly (1755-1833) settled in Jones County and John's son, Ezekial (1781-1825) settled in Washington County. Ezekial's daughter, Annie, married General H.R. Tarver and his two sons, Fred Davis Wimberly and Doctor Henry S. Wimberly, moved to Twiggs County."

If anyone is interested in this family, contact me and I will send copies to you or tell you which film it is on.

Pattie
