I have a Mary Cull who was born around 1810 and who married William McGoldrick in 1851 in New York City. She sometimes used the name Margaret. In 1851 she lived with John Cull who was only 18 and Margaret Cull who was 21. Mary Cull was listed as "Miss" in the wedding announcement, but I think she was married before and John and Margaret are her children. I have found the name Morris and Maurice in the naming patterns of the children whose last names were Cull. Does anyone have an idea of who this lady is? Are there any Cull families that were in NYC in 1850 and for whom the name Morris/Maurice and John would ring a bell?
