Patty,
I was just trying to save you some extra work. If you are using Word or whatever file you are using, you can email it to me with the "blanks" that need to be filled in and I will fill them in for you and email it back. Otherwise, I can just type it up in Word and email it you and then you can transpose it however you see fit.
