Have you identified the "beautiful portrait of a great or great great grandmother"?
Is the Louise Nicaise you mentioned the wife of Raymond Ladner? Is the Marie Ladner their daughter, born 1870/71 and married to Frank Wesley Cuevas?
I am a direct descendant of these 2 ladies and would love to see that portrait if it is of one of them.
