(sigh) My George Cubitt (father of John) appears to have been born 1777 but was of Norfolk, England. Our records (other family members working on this puzzle also) show that he was married to Elizabeth of Middlesex, England. Although all your names are the same; John, George... & continue to this day as name choices. I just know there is a connection but can't find the link.
If Benjamin has so many children--ours 12---
Cubitts were prolific, could there have been another George, our used the same name in other children. Did Benjamin have a brother.
Any help you could offer would be much appreciated. Thanks.
