It appears to me that what you fellows have is actually a section of "Norfolk Pedigrees, Part IV", which was compiled by the Norfolk Family History Society and printed in 1985. The Cubitts are listed on pages 42 to 57. South Walsham, Lingwood, Brunstead and Honing are covered pp 42-51, starting with Thomas Cubyt in 1474 and continuing to the 1930's. Cubitts from Hickling are on p 52, from James Cubitt in 1525 to the 1700's. Pp 53-55 covers Neatishead and John Cubitt in 1709 to the 1890's. The final two pages cover Erpingham from 1680 to 1964.
I would give almost anything for a copy of these pages. I have traced my mother's maternal branches back to James Cubitt b. 1795 in Dilham; I am missing a number of offshoots (ie children) as well as the wife of Jabez Cubitt, who married around 1884-5.
Happy hunting!
