Brian have you ever come across the book Robert Cubitt of Bacton Norfolk 1713-1790
This appears to be my line although we come from a line that is listed as having no living children. There were as my g.g. grandfather was one of them.
My grandfather was Thomas Lancelot Cubitt London> William Robert London>Martin Cubitt Waxham>Robert Cubitt Waxham>Robert Cubitt Bacton.
After Martin and Emma left Norfolk and went to London there were more children who are not listed in the book.
The girls apparently did not marry but William Robert married Amelia Jane Carter formerly Box. It is their son who was my g.
He came to Australia, married and had two daughters one of which was my mother, Gwendolene Elma Cubitt.
Is there any connection in your Cubitt Histories.
