It is true that you can find all that information on the cubaweb site. However it is a bit disturbing since all the fax numbers that the list offers are not working and the address that they give take a long time to write back.. I have family members that are from Santa Clara and and I wrote the churches and the civil registry more than 6 months to a year ago and they have not written me back.This is not to say that they will not write you back but be aware that they take a long time.. I hope that this works out for you.. If you can write me back(windygarcia@hotmail.com) and tell me your progress maybe I can follow in your steps since mine seem to be not anywhere.
