Looking for my grandfather Medrano

My grandfather, Hijinio Julio Medrano, was asst. consul in Philadelphia but returned to Cuba around 1924. He was a journalist and I believe he was working in Havana. He was originally from Guantanamo area. I know he had other children after returning to Cuba. Some may be in Florida now.
