Hi Jay:
It may be a Cuban name, but keep in mind that
a large majority of the names that start with
BAR (son of) are of Jewish descent, so
BARRAQUIAS could be BAR AQUIAS (son of
AQUIAS, most likely) or BAR RAQUIAS (son of
RAQUIAS)
