Any info on my great uncle Francisco Salas, could be Jose Francisco Salas, father was Manuel Salas mother Maria Herrera. I understand he was a good friend of Juan Andreu Almazan-famous politician, businessman and almost president of Mexico. I understand he let my great uncle house sit for at his huge mansion up on a hill in Monterey. My dad visited him in the 50s, he said my great uncle had many children, most of them boys. Any info is appreciated. I believe he took care of the house when Mr Almazan left for Cuba after losing the presidency, just a thought. I have so many well known surnames on both sides of my paternal grandparents, I am just recently trying to find my lineage, too bad I didn't do it when my grandmother Julia Sanchez Hernandez was alive, she is a Salinas thru her grandmother. I have Rodriguez also. Please help. Thanks
