From what I know I have a Great,Great,Great Grandmother who was born in Havana, Cubaname is Ida Adams or Ida Adamo we are not sure if it's and S or an Ofrom the the paperwork we have. She married a man whos name was John Clasrkson. John Clarkson was Born in England. We can only assume that he must have been in Havana for some reason and met Ida.

John and Ida came to the USA but we are not sure when, they lived in Indianna and had a son. Ida's Husband John died sortly after the child was born. Ida remarried and a son with this other man as well but she too died. THe stepfather took his son and left leaving Ida's child (Fredrick) to be with an Uncle who brought him to New Jersey(USA). The records in Indianna have been destroyed for many many years due to a fire so we have no recored of Ida's Death.

We only have that she was born in Havana Cuba Around the 1850's we think. If anyone knows of any Ida Adama/Adamo or Adams during that time please let me know.
Thank you very much
