Would you happen to have information on a significant situation in Spain somewhere between 1850-1890's? OR at least where I can find the inforamtion?
I'm looking for my family / roots - my maternal and paternal great grandfathers both left Spain during this time - one went to Cuba and the other to Puerto Rico - and never returned to their homeland.
Only 3 members of my Cuban family had been fortunate to leave the country during Castro's earlier years - one passed away before my time, the other is "lost", and lastly my parent cannot be contacted for information (or refuses to reply.)
If you have no info, would you know where I can search??
