I knew a Juanita Iraola in Camaguey, Cuba. Juanita was married to Dr. Federico de Miranda. They had 5 daughters and one son. The Mirandas left Camaguey for the US in 1962. I lost contact in 1962, but I believe that they eventually relocated in Virginia. Juanita must have been in her 40's then, so she is likely in her 70's now. Dr. Miranda was older than his wife. I doubt that this will help, but one never knows. Good luck.
