Pat,

The following should be added to my original message:

of the four children named above,

- Jose Agustine Barranco (1800-1871), my GGrandfather, married Ana Maria de Miranda y Napoles Jan 10, 1830 at her mother's home in Puerto Principe, Cuba;

- Brigida Barranco married Jose Manuel de Zayaz Nov 12, 1823 in Puerto Principe, Cuba;

- Francisco Barranco - no further family information is known;

- Teresa Barranco married Tomas Betancourt #2 in 1823 in Puerto Principe, Cuba. Don't know the relationship of Tomas Betancourt#2 to #1 (see above message), but probably he was a son or nephew of #1 who married Josefa Zayaz-Bazan. No more information is known of the Tomas Betancourt-Teresa Barranco marriage, but do have reference to Teresa marrying Jose Ramon Aguero Arteaga at some time.

Hope this may be of use to you. would like to more of your Betancourt line if available.

Steve
