Hi!Greetings from a compatriot. I was a very good friend of Marucha Perdomo, who studied at the Sagrada Familia in Luyano all her school years.I remember her with much affection .You all wore a wine-red color uniform with white blouse.Did you not?The school was a sister-school of Colegio El Calvario located at Avenida Dolores in Lawton.Marucha lived in Lawton-Batista in the same house since she was a little girl.I had very close relatives two houses from hers.Although my family moved to another house in the neighbourhood Marucha and hers continued there until the mid-sixties when I understand they moved to El Vedado> Marucha had only one brother.Their mother's name was Hortensia and her maternal grandmother-who I met when she was over ninety years old -was referred to as La Coronela,as she was truly a Veteran of Cuba's Independence War of 1895.The only female veteran that I ever met. They were fine people. Did you know Marucha? .Have you heard from her?Where is Marucha? Thanks,Andres
